What is involved in health coaching?

Eight or twelve week programmes tailored towards you and your specific health goals.

  • Personalised training programmes based on your SMART goals
  • Access to my training guide with over 50 exercises, including photos demonstrations, how-to’s and coaching points
  • Nutrition and meal guidance, including macronutrient calculations
  • Weekly check-ins and progress photos (photos are optional)
  • 24/7 access and support via WhatsApp or email
  • Audio or video calls upon request

My style of coaching is unique. I work closely with all of my clients to achieve their specific goals, and get the best results, whilst still enjoying themselves!

Fitness and living a healthy lifestyle does not have to be difficult or tedious. Following a training or nutrition programme, should not be something that you dread. Weight loss or weight gain goals are not quick fixes, but should instead be seen as part of a larger goal to switch to a healthier, sustainable lifestyle.

Fitness and healthy eating are part of a LIFESTYLE, and is possible for EVERYBODY.

As your coach, I will help you find exactly what you enjoy eating, and create customised training and nutrition plans, based around your preferences and specific goals.
