Having struggled with my mental health in the past, I am all too aware of the negative impacts that it can have on an individual’s life, and how the current mental health services available are not always helpful when it comes to your recovery.
That is exactly why I began offering mental health and recovery coaching to those who are struggling and need support to start or continue their recovery journeys.
I understand that some people prefer a more intense approach with their coaching, and others prefer a more relaxed style, so I offer sessions as frequent as three times per week, to as little as once per week.
